LV Plus Korea LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Louis Vuitton” or the “Company”) recognizes the importance of protecting personal information. Louis Vuitton implements reasonable policies and security measures to protect the information provided by customers.
This Privacy Policy applies to the protection of all personal information of customers collected, acquired, retained, and used by Louis Vuitton through the Louis Vuitton chocolate Click and Collect website (hereinafter referred the “Website”) and other channels. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company provides customers' personal information to the following third parties. When providing customers' personal information to third parties, the Company will obtain the customer's consent unless there is a separate legal basis.

The Company transfers customers' personal information overseas as follows, and the legal basis for such overseas transfer is the delegation of personal information processing for the conclusion and performance of a contract with the customer (the data subject), unless specified otherwise below.

Rights of Customers, Users, and Legal Representatives and Methods of Exercise
Customers and Website users may request access to or suspension of processing of their own personal information or that of children under the age of 14 for whom they are the legal representative. However, the Company may notify the customer of the relevant reason and refuse the request for suspension of processing in any of the following cases:
1) Where specifically provided for by law or unavoidable to comply with statutory obligations;
2) Where there is a risk of harming the life or body of another person, or a risk of unfairly infringing upon the property and other interests of another person;
3) Where it is difficult to perform a contract, such as being unable to provide the services agreed upon with the customer, if the personal information is not processed, and the data subject has not clearly expressed their intention to terminate the contract.
Customers may request the correction or deletion of errors in their own personal information or that of children under the age of 14 for whom they are the legal representative. However, if the personal information is explicitly specified as a subject of collection under other laws and regulations, its deletion may not be requested.
Website users can contact Department in charge of Personal Information Protection for viewing and modifying personal information.
If a customer requests the correction or deletion of an error in personal information, the relevant personal information will not be used or provided until the correction or deletion is completed. Furthermore, if incorrect personal information has already been used or provided, it will be corrected immediately without delay upon discovery.
Personal information deleted at the request of a customer is processed in accordance with the "Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information" (see below) and is handled in a manner that prevents it from being viewed or used for any other purpose.
The exercise of the aforementioned rights may be done through a representative, such as a legal representative of the data subject or a person who has been delegated authority. In this case, a power of attorney in accordance with Form No. 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act must be submitted.
Customers must not infringe upon their own personal information or that of others being processed by the Company or violate their privacy in violation of relevant laws and regulations, such as the Personal Information Protection Act.
Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information
The Company will retain customers' personal information
10 years from the last purchase date.
When the retention period has elapsed, your personal information will be destroyed using irreversible technical methods. However, if it is necessary to preserve personal information in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, such as the Commercial Act and the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., as illustrated below, customer information will be kept for the period specified by the relevant laws and regulations and used solely for the purposes prescribed therein.

Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information
Information entered by a customer will be moved to a separate database (a separate filing cabinet in the case of printed materials) after the purpose has been achieved, stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other information protection grounds under relevant laws and regulations (see Period of Retention and Use), and then destroyed.
Personal information stored in electronic form entered by a customer will be destroyed or de-identified using irreversible methods after the above retention period has elapsed.
Meanwhile, printed materials containing personal information will be destroyed by shredding with a shredder or by incineration.
Measures to Ensure the Safety of Personal Information
In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, Louis Vuitton takes the following technical, administrative, and physical measures necessary to ensure safety:
1. Protection of Personal Information

Measures to manage personal information are implemented by designating employees who handle personal information and minimizing them by limiting access only to the persons in charge.
Matters Concerning the Installation, Operation, Utilization, and Rejection of Cookies
Cookies are small amounts of information sent by a website to a user's computer browser for the purpose of preserving records.
