Exceptional chef pâtissier Maxime Frédéric embodies the art of haute pâtisserie at Louis Vuitton. He presents his chocolate creations, reinterpreting the great classics of chocolate with elegance and audacity.

After honing his art in prestigious Parisian hotels, such as Le Meurice and George V, Maxime Frédéric joined the renowned Cheval Blanc Paris in 2020 and was awarded the title of Best Pastry Chef in the World in 2025.
